Haus Lifestyle Group LLC

1. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle from Haus Lifestyle Group LLC (“Company”), the renter must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (25 for certain vehicle classes, if applicable)
   
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
   
• Provide proof of insurance (if required)
   
• Provide a valid payment method in their name
   
• Provide proof of income or employment (for weekly/monthly rentals, if required)
   

The Company reserves the right to deny service at its discretion.

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins on the agreed start date and time and ends on the return date and time specified in the rental agreement.

Late returns may result in:

• Additional daily charges
   
• Late fees
   
• Recovery action if vehicle is not returned
   

Failure to return a vehicle may result in law enforcement involvement.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full prior to vehicle release unless otherwise agreed.
   
• Weekly rentals must be paid on or before the scheduled due date.
   
• Late payments may incur fees of $50 or more after 24 hours.
   
• Returned or declined payments may result in immediate termination of the rental.
   

All payments are non-refundable once the rental period has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of $300 is required at the time of rental.

The deposit may be used to cover:

• Damage to the vehicle
   
• Excess mileage
   
• Late fees
   
• Tolls or traffic violations
   
• Cleaning fees
   
• Fuel discrepancies
   

Deposits are typically refunded within 5–10 business days after vehicle inspection.

5. Authorized Drivers

Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle.

Unauthorized drivers may void insurance coverage and result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.

6. Vehicle Use Restrictions

The renter agrees NOT to:

• Use the vehicle for illegal activity
   
• Sublease or rent the vehicle to another party
   
• Use the vehicle for racing or reckless driving
   
• Drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol
   
• Transport hazardous materials
   
• Take the vehicle outside approved geographic areas without written consent
   

Violation of these terms may result in immediate repossession.

7. Mileage Limits

The rental includes up to [Insert Daily Limit, e.g., 200 miles per day].

Additional mileage will be charged at $[Insert Rate] per mile.

8. Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level provided at pickup.

Failure to do so will result in refueling charges plus service fees.

9. Maintenance & Mechanical Issues

The renter must:

• Immediately report warning lights or mechanical issues
   
• Not attempt repairs without written approval
   
• Maintain basic vehicle care during rental
   

The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from negligence.

10. Accidents & Damage

In the event of an accident:

• Notify local law enforcement immediately
   
• Contact Haus Lifestyle Group immediately
   
• Provide full incident documentation
   

The renter is responsible for damage up to insurance limits or deductible amounts as outlined in the rental agreement.

11. Insurance

The renter must maintain valid insurance coverage or purchase required coverage through approved means.

Proof of insurance may be required prior to vehicle release.

12. Vehicle Condition

The renter acknowledges the vehicle condition upon pickup.

Any damage not noted prior to departure may be considered renter responsibility.

Photos may be taken before and after rental for documentation.

13. Early Termination

Haus Lifestyle Group reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if:

• Payment is not made
   
• Terms are violated
   
• Vehicle is misused
   
• Fraud is suspected
   

No refunds will be issued for terminated agreements due to violation.

14. GPS & Tracking

Vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking for security, recovery, and compliance purposes.

By renting, the renter consents to vehicle tracking.

15. Limitation of Liability

Haus Lifestyle Group LLC is not liable for:

• Personal property left in vehicles
   
• Indirect or consequential damages
   
• Loss of income due to vehicle downtime
   

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

17. Agreement

By signing the rental agreement or completing an online reservation, the renter agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
